  • Cooks of the Texas cattle drives created a variety of seasonings to prepare steaks. Our heirloom steak seasoning is a recreation of a popular vintage steak rub that will give you an authentic taste of the cattle drive, chuck wagon days.
  • Uses: Apply dry rub to meat and rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour minimum. Grill or roast as desired.  We like the reverse sear method.  Slow roast the steaks at 200 deg F to reach desired internal temperature, then seared on the grill or in the pan to finish.
  • Ingredients: Ground chipotle powder, Ground paprika, Cumin, Sea salt, Sugar, Coffee.
