Ordering, Shipping, and Returns Information
How to Order
- You may order online using our secure shopping cart.
Payment Information
- We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS via Stripe, a secure credit card transaction service.
- Your credit card is charged immediately upon submitting your order.
Shipping & Handling
- We accept orders only from Domestic US addresses and ship only to Domestic US locations.
- Shipping and handling costs will be included in your total payment to be charged to your credit card.
- Shipping & handling will be calculated based on delivery to addresses within the Domestic U.S. from our home base in Dallas, TX.
- USPS Priority or Retail Ground (“Tumbleweed”) and Priority Express (“Stagecoach”) shipping options are available. Additionally, several options for UPS shipping are provided for you to choose.

Out of Stock and Back-order Items
- We make every effort to ship the complete order. Some items may be out of stock from time to time, however.
- We make every effort to restock these items in a timely manner.
- Back-order items are shipped immediately, once we receive them.
Returns
- Coffee, seasonings, spices and other consumables are not returnable.
- Items lost, damaged, or destroyed during shipping are the responsibility of the carrier.
- All returns must be pre-authorized by the management of Texas Spice & Trading Company, LLC at in**@Te******************.com , prior to the return.
- If you return the item(s) to Texas Spice & Trading Company, LLC prior to authorization, your right to refund, replacement, or exchange could be waived.
- Returns will be credited to the card on file.
- The ownership and management of Texas Spice & Trading Company, LLC reserves the right to change or alter the return policy at any time without notice.
Merchandise Damaged during Shipment
- Your order has been carefully packaged. However, in spite of Texas Spice & Trading Company, LLC‘s best efforts, breakage sometimes occurs. For this reason, all packages are insured. Items damaged or destroyed in shipment are the responsibility of the carrier. DO NOT SHIP BACK TO Texas Spice & Trading Company, LLC, at this time. Call the delivery company. If you return the item(s) to Texas Spice & Trading Company, LLC prior to contacting the delivery company and without pre-authorization, your right to refund, replacement, or exchange could be waived.

- For a loss or damage claim, take the original shipping carton with outside wrapping, packing material, and original shipping carton to your local US Post Office or UPS office to submit a claim, then contact Texas Spice & Trading Company, LLC, at in**@Te******************.com .
Defective Merchandise
- The defect must be verified by Texas Spice & Trading Company, LLC. Determination of the defect is at the sole discretion of Texas Spice & Trading Company, LLC.
- Items determined to be defective will be replaced by Texas Spice & Trading Company, LLC, at no additional charge.
- IF YOU RETURN the item(s) to Texas Spice & Trading Company, LLC without pre-authorization, your right to refund, replacement, or exchange could be waived.
