How do I obtain specific product information?

Requests for product information may be requested thru our office.  We cannot provide recipe sheets for our products, but can provide a basic ingredients list.  Ingredients are also listed on the products labels.

What is the best way to store our products?

We recommend that you always reseal any unused spices or seasonings and store in a cool dry place to help ensure continued product quality.

It is recommended that you reseal any unused coffee beans to help ensure their freshness.

Do you ship outside the US?

Texas Spice & Trading Company, LLC only ships to physical addresses within the United States including Hawaii, Alaska and the US Virgin Islands.  We are unable to make exceptions to ship internationally.

How do you calculate your shipping prices?

Texas Spice & Trading Company, LLC charges you our UPS or USPS negotiated rates for shipping plus a small handling fee (usually $1 – $2). We do not mark-up your shipment or treat shipping as a profit center.  We offer extremely competitive pricing on our products and don’t mark-up these to cover shipping costs in order to offer you “free” shipping.  Simply put, we charge you what we get charged for shipping.

Will you ship my order via USPS?

Texas Spice & Trading Company, LLC offers USPS shipping for orders.  We offer two options for shipping. “Tumbleweed” is our standard, priority shipping rate and “Stagecoach” is our faster, express shipping rate.  Please choose which method of shipping you would prefer.  Shipping costs will vary depending on total weight of the order.

When should I expect to receive my order?

Our website is open 24/7 so that you may order when it is most convenient for you. Please keep in mind that your orders will always be processed during our normal business hours (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Central Standard Time). All orders will be processed within 1-3 days. Please allow 3-8 days for delivery.  Please allow extra shipping time for orders that are placed over the weekend or on holidays, because they are processed the following business day.

A Reminder to our Valued Customers:

We strive to provide you with the fastest service possible.  We will process your orders promptly and ship your orders, usually next day.  But we are at the mercy of both our suppliers and shipping companies.  If we are out of stock on an item, we will let you know.  As far as shipping, we are at the mercy of the “shipping goblins,” as is everyone.  Please understand this and work with any issues that may arise.   — Best wishes from Texas Spice and Trading Company

What type of packaging do you offer?

We offer environmentally friendly packaging when possible in the following sizes: 2.3 ounce, 6 ounce, and 16 ounce sizes (coffee).  We also offer glass grinder bottles for our grinder spices and salts.  If you wish larger sizes of bulk seasonings, please contact us for options.

What are your wholesale prices?

The prices listed on the website are the retail prices for orders that are for individual items or boxed gift sets.  If you are planning on buying larger amounts (in bulk) please contact us.

Do you offer custom or private labeling and packaging?

We do offer private label and packaging options. We have minimum required amounts on all custom blending and packaging jobs. Please contact us for details if you are interested and meet the minimum requirements.

Do you offer custom blending?

We do offer custom blending with minimum amounts.  Your blend is properly safeguarded to ensure it remains your intellectual property.  Contact us for details.

What is your return policy?

Texas Spice & Trading Company, LLC is unable to accept returns or exchanges on food products because they are perishable items.  Our products are packaged fresh at the time of your order.  For this reason, returns can’t be placed back into inventory.   If you have an issue with a product, please contact us.

What about safety and third party certifications?

Our quality assurance staff works diligently ensuring that only the highest quality products are brought into Texas Spice and Trading Company, LLC.  We visually inspect products arriving at our facility and we enforce a strict specification program to assure that quality remains the same, time after time.
