• Old Fort Griffin Steak Seasoning: A bold and rustic steak blend as robust as the Texas Hill Country. A multi-use seasoning that that is fantastic on steaks, but will work with any meats, stews and fish. Great for grilling venison or game steaks.
• Uses: Apply dry rub to meat and rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour minimum. Grill or roast as desired.  Roasts and briskets should rest, seasoned overnight. Chicken is best deep rubbed under the skin. This seasoning contains wheat and soy products.
• Ingredients: Salt, Bread Crumbs, Sugar, Yeast, Potato Starch, Dehydrated Onion, Carmel Color, Orange Peel, Dehydrated Garlic, Vinegar, Molasses, Tamarind, Natural Flavorings and selected Spices.
